The 2024 Chassagne-Montrachet La Maltroye 1er Cru has a nuanced, stylish bouquet with light crushed stone scents intermixed with honeysuckle and brioche. The palate is fresh and taut, with fine weight and plenty of energy, segueing into a slightly more malic finish that lends it a Puligny-like allure. Excellent.
