The 2021 Morey-Saint-Denis En La Rue de Vergy, which was 40% de-stemmed, just comes across a little reticent on the nose. Quite tertiary. The palate is balanced with slightly rugged tannins and a bit chewy. It needs a little more finesse to show through on the finish.
