Le Serre Nuove dell'Ornellaia, Bolgheri 2014

The 2014 Le Serre Nuove dell'Ornellaia remains a distinctly compact, savory wine with the mid-weight structure of the year. Sweet tobacco, herb, red cherry, anise and dried flowers give the wine lovely aromatic presence. Even so, the 2014 is not an easy wine. I would prefer to drink it sooner rather than later.
