The 2024 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru has a little more cohesion and poise on the nose compared to the Latricières-Chambertin, the fruit here just a little darker and more present. It opens with aeration, with subtle floral aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins. Well balanced, fine substance, this should offer 15 years' drinking pleasure although it will reach its plateau of maturity quicker than other vintages.
