The 2019 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru has a well-defined, quite intense bouquet of gorgeous orchard fruit mixed with flint and light smoky aromas. The lightly spiced palate is very well balanced, offering veins of orange zest and lemon peel and good matière and persistence on the finish. Now this is a Grand Vin. Bravo!
