The 2023 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Au Vallon has a very perfumed nose with touches of potpourri infusing the crunchy red berry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied and well balanced with neatly integrated used oak. A great follow-up to the 2022, this is certainly worth checking out.
