The 2020 Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Saucours Blanc is quite feisty and just needed to show a little more retrains, when I tasted it at the Domaine. Maybe a little late picked? The palate is balanced but quite wild, lime and pear notes on the mid-palate, though just missing refinement on the finish.
