Mingling notes of fresh bread, pear and citrus oil, the 2019 Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Saucours Blanc is medium to full-bodied, layered and incisive, with tangy acids and chalky structuring extract.

The 2019 Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Saucours Blanc, which came from barrel, has an attractive nose of lemon curd and light marmalade aromas. The palate is very primal and was a little gassy when I tasted it, although there appears to be fine energy on the finish.
