The 2024 Saint-Péray Ongrie first breathes of canned peach, cedar, fine-lined vanilla, ripe pear and honeysuckle. Lemon peel adds more aromatic nuance. Midweighted and crisp, the 2024 appears finely tuned this early in its life, coasting out with a touch of cedar wood.
