One of the less-known pleasures of En Primeur is the opportunity to dictate how your wine will be bottled. Whether in magnums, double magnums, or something rather more ambitious such as an 18-litre Melchior, the choice is very much yours. Should you wish to explore any of these options, we are always happy to advise.

We are also pleased this year to offer, for the first time, full barrels of Bordeaux from a selection of châteaux. Each barrel yields around 300 bottles, which can be bottled to your specifications, including a personalised back label. In many cases, this also includes invitations to visit the château, and in some rather appealing instances, overnight stays. Further details will follow, though it is fair to say this is not an everyday opportunity.
