Domaine des Lambrays centres around its legendary Clos des Lambrays Grand Cru, a walled vineyard that yields wines of remarkable subtlety and finesse. The estate’s organic principles and restrained winemaking highlight purity and harmony.

Layers of spice, red fruit and gentle minerality flow through the wines, creating an impression of effortless sophistication. Lambrays is a domaine where elegance and quiet depth meet in perfect equilibrium.

The tale of Domaine des Lambrays revolves around the Clos des Lambrays, a vineyard first mentioned in the fourteenth century and long regarded as one of Morey Saint Denis’s defining sites. For much of its life the Clos was divided among several owners, its potential only partly realised, until the nineteenth century brought a slow reassembling of the parcels under a single banner. The twentieth century saw the domaine guided by a handful of dedicated custodians, culminating in a major renewal in the 1980s that restored the wine’s reputation for finesse. Today the estate continues to treat the Clos as both responsibility and privilege, drawing on centuries of history every time it brings a new vintage into bottle.
