The 2019 Bourgogne Grand Chaillots comprises one-third Nuits Saint-Georges and two-thirds Chambolle-Musigny, with 20% whole bunch and no remontage in the winery. It has a very airy bouquet that I feel just needs more presence and fruité. The palate is medium-bodied with soft tannins. A mellow Bourgogne Rouge that will be approachable in its youth.
