Henri Giraud, PR 18-90, Champagne NV

The MV PR 18-90 is a new wine in this range, essentially a blend of 2/3rds Esprit and 1/3rd a multi-vintage reserve. It's a gorgeous wine, especially for readers who enjoy Champagnes with a good deal of aromatic and flavor complexity. Orange peel, dried flowers, chamomile, exotic fruit and spice all take shape in the glass. The blend is 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: January 1, 2023.
